Parcel # And Location: 5 parcels containing more or less 863.205 state-owned acres in Kirkwood TWP in Belmont County, OH and being part of Egypt Valley Wildlife Area (For full list of parcels, see Exhibit A)

Source Deed/Instrument: Belmont County, Ohio Recorder’s Office (For full list of source deeds and instruments, see Exhibit A).

Percent Ownership: 2 parcels with 100% Undivided Interest and 3 parcels with Divided Interest

Identified Formation: The Stratigraphic Equivalent that is the interval from the Top of the Utica Formation to the Base of the Utica Formation, which is also the Base of the Point Pleasant Interval.

Plat Map: Please see Exhibit B. Planned well pads are more than 1,000 ft from state-owned property.
