Parcel # And Location: 21 parcels containing more or less 1,460.559 acres in Athens and Moorefield TWPs in Harrison County, OH and a being part of Jockey Hollow Wildlife Area. (For full list of parcels, please see Exhibit A).

Percent Ownership: 20 parcels with 100%, Undivided interest; 1 parcel with divided interest
Identified Formation: The Stratigraphic Equivalent that is the interval from the top of the Utica Shale Formation to the Base of the Utica Shale Formation, which is also the Base of the Point Pleasant Interval commonly referred to as the Utica Shale, Point Pleasant Formation.
